Hello, hello, it's ribbon and lace this week at magnolia Down Under Challenges, an easy one for all you maggie lovers I'm sure :) Recently I have been suffering from a severe loss of mojo and as a result have found myself doing more plain and simple cards so this challenge was perfect to push me back into a more girly style of card (I actually tried to channel my inner Kylie for this one by using lots of flowers and stitching on my card, I have a long way to go but it's a start :) I am sure I have already told Kylie I want to be her when I grow up, LOL!) The butterfly die is my new favourite toy, I have used it probably 5 times in the last 2 days :) I just love butterflies!

This card is actually for mothers day, I made 2 at the same time, one for my mother and one for my mother-in-law. I find it easier to make identical cards for them because them hubby and I don't have to decide which mum gets which card, that sort of thing can result in me making 4 or 5 cards because I am never happy with the one I end up with, bahahaha!!
