Welcome again to another
Magnolia Down Under Challenge, this week we want to see you use red, brown and cream on your cards. Usually I have trouble with colour combo's, for some reason I just have a lot of difficulty getting them to work for me but this one really came together, it's the perfect combo for Christmas!!
I have used the chair (I think it's called
Santa's wishing chair... or something like that) from this years Christmas collection and Santa's little helper Tilda from the 2009 range. She is
popped up on foam adhesive for a little dimension. All my colouring is with my
copics, the papers are from Kaiser. I have glimmer misted my flowers (I think you can actually see it on the red one) and the swirly chipboard thingy (I am loving the glimmer mist on chipboard, the
woman mentioned it at my local shop the other week when I was buying more glimmer mist and it just gives it such a lovely shimmer)
Ok, sorry but this is going to be a quickie post, I am scheduling it last night :) and it is
waaaaaaaay past my bed time and I have been having too many late nights lately, and another big day tomorrow... but
that's the thing about Christmas I guess, so much festiveness crammed into too little time, but I still love it!!
So, please come and play with us over at
MDUC this week, I can't wait to see what you create with this combo :)
